At Bounce Curl, we want you to love your curls and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure your hair care routine is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your products in their original containers.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
